Got away with this one.
We finally managed to have the event last Sunday after two aborted attempts. We were not sure how well it would go given the variable wind strength and direction.
It turned out that we needn’t have worried. The sun shone, the wind was light and 28 people turned up. everybody had some excellent flying and really good food provided by our cookery team. Who could ask for more.
